Since I use the space for pranayama and meditation in addition to asana, it will be open on Moon Days from 6:30 - 8:30 am. I will post as appropriate.
What We Offer

An early morning self practice venue. The class is open to all Yoga forms whatever your personal practice is, including pranayama or meditation. We provide a warm peaceful environment for you to come and practice in. No direct teaching just a group of yogis practicing together.
